Montanov 68 Mb is a non-ionic, emulsifying agent based on alkyl polyglucosides. It is ecocert, cosmoshield, natrue approved, mass balance certified, and has moisturizing properties of its own. It is also RSPO certified. It can be used in creams, lotions, and butters. It is recommended to use it at a rate of 2-8%. The ingredients are cetearyl alcohol and cetearyl glucoside, pellet form, and has a melting point of 60-65 degrees C. The pH is 6.6 and it works within a pH range of 3-10.

Montanov 68 MB is a non-ionic O/W emulsifier based on alkyl polyglucosides. It makes rich spreadable emulsions and uses liquid crystal technology, producing lamellar layers which mimic the lipid layers of the skin.
With moisturising properties of its own, Montanov 68 MB reduces transepidermal water loss in the skin, making for an exceptional emulsion.

HOW TO USE MONTANOV 68 MB
Recommended usage rate: 2-8%
Melt with the other oil phase ingredients to 75 degrees C, then add the heated water phase into the heated oil phase and emulsify with high shear (eg. a stick blender) for 1-2 minutes. Reduce speed and stir by hand once emulsion forms. Add preservative to cool down phase.
